As an Assistant Salon Director, you’ll help lead the salon team, support daily operations, and create an upbeat environment where both clients and employees feel confident and welcome.

What You’ll Do:
- Help manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment
- Lead by example in customer service and sales
- Support and coach team members to achieve goals
- Maintain a clean and professional salon environment
- Assist with inventory, reports, and operational tasks
- Help manage scheduling and staffing needs
- Ensure clients receive a friendly and positive experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous management or sales experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend and clean tanning equipment
- Ability to lift or assist with lifting supplies
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
