About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative / Accounting Assistant to join our team at Sun Tan City - Mason Group in Knoxville, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to support our administrative and accounting functions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Manage office administrative tasks, such as receiving and sending mail daily, scanning, data entry, and organization
- Assist with inventory transfers, bank reconciliations and month end close for multiple entities.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative and accounting roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software. Advanced Excel knowledge is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
