Supply Chain Coordinator- JB & Associates

Assist in the receiving, inventory management, product distribution, and supply chain functions for all JB & Associates (DBA Buff City Soap, Sun Tan City, and Crunch Fitness) locations. Work closely with the management and act as the liaison between field teams, vendors, and internal departments.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the control, organization, and administration of the physical inventory/distribution of supplies throughout locations and for New Store Opening products.

· Provides tracking and shipping updates for all orders to store locations and commissary.

· Establishes and directs efficient, high quality supply storage and distribution systems for commissary.

· Provides technical expertise for effective supply systems maintenance for store locations.

· Directs the development and maintenance of inventory management systems.

· Directs ordering and receiving products for all locations weekly ordering.

· Serves as an internal consultant to promote effective and efficient inventory and materials handling systems throughout the field locations.

· Provides reports and assistance to department managers as they prepare their budgets.

· Handles all Vendor Returns.

· Assures the development and maintenance of materials locator systems which facilitate easy retrieval for items.

· Oversees the rotation/elimination/par levels of all supplies in the commissary.

· Must be able to do physical inventory and month end closing.

· Provide proof of return information to AP department to ensure credits and restocks are captured during billing cycle.

Skills & Abilities:

· Analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

· Basic knowledge of general accounting systems and working knowledge of automated spreadsheet and word-processing software.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams

· Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

· Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50lbs.

· Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
